Within the "Academy" application, no personal data is collected.
The user's contact information—such as email addresses, phone numbers, passwords, geolocation data, or banking details—is never requested during the use of "Academy".
Data Collected
The data required for the proper functioning of the application and its features includes:
- User setting preferences
- Subjects created by the user
- Assignments created by the user
- A timetable created by the user
- Grades entered by the user
Data Storage
All this data is stored locally and is used solely within the context of the application. It is accessible only by the user.
Data Sharing
The timetable, subjects, and assignments may be shared with a third party via a sharing feature. The transmission of this data is manual and requires user action.
Data Deletion
The various created data will be deleted either when the user manually deletes them within the application, or if the application is uninstalled from the device.
Tracking Data
However, anonymous tracking data is collected. It allows us to know, in a completely anonymous way, how many users are using a specific function of the app or which page is most visited within the app.
This data helps us understand which features are most used by our users as a whole.
